Sorry guys - avid readers will have noticed that there was no update the last two weeks. I must admit that my once luxurious backlog of unpublished pages has shrunk to zero recently. The reason being, quite simply, too much work.

Well, I tried to make it up to you with this extralong page. And it won’t happen again. At least not in the next two weeks. After that… well, who knows, but I’ll try hard. Real hard.
